Please carefully read these terms and conditions before booking or participating in any e bike guided, self-guided tour or scavenger hunt with WeWheel Ltd. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Upon purchase of a tour ticket you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below.

1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Reservation and Confirmation:
By purchasing a ticket with WeWheel Ltd you are recognising that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
After completing the booking process, you will receive a booking confirmation email which includes a booking reference for your unique order, and your e-ticket. An email containing your order receipt will then be sent to the address provided.
1.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
- WeWheel Ltd reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered.
- Bookings that have the time/date of the tour changed within 72 hours of the tours original departure are not valid for refunds for further cancellations.
1.3 Third Party Agents & Bookings
- When purchasing through a 3rd party agent, WeWheel Ltd is not responsible for processing any cancellation(s), refund(s) or amendment(s).
- Any cancellation(s), amendment(s) or refund(s) must be processed through the 3rd party agent that you purchased your ticket from.
2. Participant Requirements:
2.1 Age, Weight, and Height Requirements:
- Participants must be at least 16 years old to participate.
- Participants must have a maximum weight of 275 lbs (125 kg).
- Participants must have a minimum height of 146 cm.
2.2 Safety Gear Requirements:
Participants are required to wear helmets and hi-visibility vests at all times during the tour for their safety.
2.3 Riding Skills
- Participants must have basic biking skills and be comfortable riding an e-bike.
- WeWheel Ltd reserves the right to assess and refuse participation to individuals who, in our judgment, do not meet the necessary skill requirements.
3. Personal Belongings and Luggage
3.1 Property Responsibility
WeWheel Ltd does not accept responsibility for any luggage or property lost, damaged or stolen while travelling with us or while on our property.
4. Tour Conduct and Safety:
4.1 Safety Guidelines
Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the tour guide or in the pre-tour briefing.
4.2 Tour Guide Instructions
- Participants must follow the instructions and guidance of the tour guide.
- Failure to comply with the guide’s instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund.
4.3 Insurance
- Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage, including health and travel insurance.
- WeWheel Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
5. Equipment and Liability:
5.1 E-Bike Rental
- WeWheel Ltd provides well-maintained e-bikes for the duration of the tour.
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the e-bike during the tour and will be charged for repairs or replacement, due to misconduct or ill behaviour.
5.2 Liability Waiver
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the tour, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with e-bike riding.
- Failure to sign and agree will result in participants being refused participation in the activity.
6. Changes made by WeWheel Ltd:
6.1 Changes to Itinerary
WeWheel Ltd reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
6.2 Extreme Weather and Storms
WeWheel Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tours due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, severe weather warnings, imminent storms, etc; in the interest of the safety of our guests and staff.
6.3 Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may at our discretion revise and make adjustments to our terms and conditions. Please be sure to check if there has been any changes since your last visit, as you are bound to them.
7. Your responsibilities and obligations
7.1 Publicity
Participants may be photographed or filmed during the tour. WeWheel Ltd reserves the right to use these materials for promotional purposes.
7.2 Storage of Personal Details
When purchasing tickets we will take contact details off you in order to contact you with regards to the ticket you have purchased. If you would like to understand how this information is then stored by WeWheel Ltd please see our privacy policy.
7.3 No Shows
WeWheel reserves the right to not provide a refund to any person that does not appear for their tour without cancelling. WeWheel may offer an alternative date of travel but this is at their discretion and subject to availability.
By booking a tour with WeWheel Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before confirming your booking. WeWheel Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
