Unfortunately we do have some restrictions on our tours, due to the size of the bikes. The minimum height is 146cms (4ft 6in) and the maximum weight is 125kgs (275lbs).
If the total number of customers on the tour is less than 4, you and/or your group will be moved to the self-guided tour of Galway City.

Meet your guide in the heart of Galway City, clip on your Bluetooth-connected helmet, and put your foot to the electric-assisted pedal to begin your tour! Our e-bike tours are designed with your comfort in mind, so you can relax and enjoy the ride. The bikes are well equipped, making them easy to handle on all types of terrain. They also have step-thru frames to make them accessible to all.
All our guides are personable, knowledgeable, and fun, and we always keep your safety in mind – so you can enjoy every second of your bike ride to the full.
The tour will take between 2.5 and 3 hours
At the WeWheel Galway HQ (Cornstore, Galway City Center)
Nope. As long as you can cycle a regular bike you will be perfectly capable.
We provide the ebikes, helmets, high-vis vest. You should just dress for the time of year and the weather forecast. A backpack with water and rain coat is helpful, but not required.
The youngest age we accept is 13 years old, but the minimum height for the bikes are 146cms tall (4ft 6in).
The tour still takes place if the weather takes a turn, so come prepared with a coat and suitable clothing. If the weather does effect the tour operating your guide will be in touch with you.
