Nope. As long as you can cycle a regular bike you will be perfectly capable.

The youngest age we accept is 13 years old, but the minimum height for the bikes are 146cms tall (4ft 6in).
The tour still takes place if the weather takes a turn, so come prepared with a coat. If the weather does effect the tour operating your guide will be in touch with you.
